21/06/2010 Emigrants to Latin America. How they left to go so far, where and when... So many people from Kythera and Antikythera in the second part of 19th century went to Argentina and Chile.
This trip, these people is the subject of the event that Visit Kythera and the Club of Mitata "Mirtia" organise on July the 19th, on Monday, at the school yard of Mitata, at 20.30. Mrs Maria Damilakou from Ionion University (Corfu) is invited to speak, and Mrs Koula Kasimati from Athens Panteion University will present her.
