In Mitata (mitato=sheep pen), one of the most ancient villages of Kythera that always supply the island with rural products, nowadays the last young families stay here to keep the village alive and creative. The family of Yiannis and Helen has created its own history in the honey and the cheese. Meet them in the narrow paths, there where everything is “Meli – Gala” (milk & honey).
