Ingredients:
1 kg crawfish
1kg fresh tomatoes
3 garlic bulbs
Pepper, salt
Basil
A nip of ouzo
several blobs of Tabasco
½ glass of olive oil
1 spoon of sugar
Preparation
We braise the crawfish on the frying pan with the oil. We throw in the
garlic, pepper and then the tomatoes, grated. We add salt, sugar,
Tabasco. Then after 10 minutes of boiling, we add water and after
letting it boil we add in the spaghetti. We let them in as long as they
need to suck up the water. In the end we add the basil.
