best pancake, made by an “original” French, Eric! Start your day at
Vanilia, take a breakfast and coffee or juice. All day, till late
night, taste an omelette, a sandwich or sweet and salty pancakes, have
a drink, a refreshment or beer and enjoy the beautiful beach of
Kapsali.

for you for a very special service! Taste a pancake with ice-cream and
the Special Chef pancake. Also, a special choice is the "Vanilla"
ice-cream with strawberry, peanut, season fruits, roasted almonds and
home made whipped cream.
THE RECIPE WE PROPOSE IS:

pancake “Special Chef”
1 Apple
50 grams of sugar
30 grams of butter
1 measure of Bacardi Black Rum
1 ball of ice-cream vanilla
Chocolate dust-jacket
Little castor-sugar
Whipped cream
We peer the apple and cut it in fine pieces. We put the butter, the sugar, the fine-cut apple in the frying pan and fry till the apple get brown. We make the pancake pastry, put the fry-mix above, add the castor-sugar around and we also throw the rum, the chocolate dust-jacket and finally in the centre we put a vanilla ice-cream ball.At the end we put the whipped cream in the corners.
