The location of the complex provides a panoramic sea view, quietness of vehicles and a safe environment for young children.

The complex "Kalokairines Katoikies" is located just 100m from Kapsali beach and is one of the few hotels in Kythira that were made with the permission and the requirements of EOT, as Hotel-Apartments (not rooms!).
